Free Trade Agreement Between Thailand and Chile

This Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is entered into between the Kingdom of Thailand, hereinafter referred to as “Thailand”, and the Republic of Chile, hereinafter referred to as “Chile”, on the effective date of signature below.

Article 1 – Definitions
۱. For purposes this Agreement:
